What do the terms "renewed" or "refurbished" mean?

Renewed or Refurbished products have been tested and certified to work and look like new by a qualified manufacturer or a specialized third-party refurbisher. Some units will be cosmetically pristine while others may have light scratches or other minor blemishes. The screens will be in excellent condition. Some laptops may exhibit some mildly shiny areas on or around the keyboard and/or touchpad, but the keyboard keys will be in excellent condition. Refurbished units will ship with a good working battery and A/C Adapter.

However, it is important to understand what Renewed or Refurbished means and how it affects the items you buy.

What does the term “Open Box” mean?

These are manufacturer returns. They could be the result of cancelled orders or overstock items. These products will be in “Like-New Condition”. They can be in the original manufacturer’s packaging or in a generic brown box. The contents have been removed to verify condition. You will receive all, part or none of the original ship group. Open Box Units are sold at heavily discounted prices as compared to new with absolutely no compromise on quality or performance.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

At RenewedIT, we strive to provide an easy and efficient experience for our customers. We ship most orders on the same or by the next business day. Please make sure your billing and shipping information is accurate and matches your credit card to avoid delays in releasing your order. On occasion we may need to contact you for additional information if discrepancies are identified.

Why haven't I received an email concerning my order?

Orders are typically processed in the mornings pending verification. It could be a day or two before you get a confirmation email regarding your order.
